I hope everyone is healthy and safe in this crazy time. Now is a time where we can recognize the necessity of such basic needs like toilet paper. This time, while it is scary and challenging, it does help us to see the scarcity of certain things that we often overlook. With that being said, be smart and healthy, and take the time to be grateful for what we have and to help others with basic needs. Thank you for your support.
My name is William Burrough, I grew up in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, a small town outside of Philadelphia. For high school, I attended St. Joe's Prep and I am currently attending Saint Joseph's University with a major in Finance. I am a Captain on the Club Water Polo team and also participate in the Dean's Leadership Program and other various extracurricular activities.
Throughout the years, the Boys Pajama Drive has been on several local news stations. Fox News, NBC10, CBS 3 Brotherly Love Segment, the Retrospect (local community paper) and my high school newspaper have all had pieces about
the Boys Pajama Drive.
After seeing the success of the pajama drive, I have realized how powerful one community is when they come together to help others. Whether it be my family and friends, businesses, various churches, schools, or the Boy's Scouts, they have all supported this drive in so many different ways. Also, a special thanks to Daniel for his support with the drive, while I am away at college.
